Sports Performance – Program for all middle school, high school, and college athletes. Focus of the program is to gain strength, power, speed, agility, stamina, and endurance to improve performance on the field, court, or track.
Strength for Sport – Program for all athletes to gain strength and power specific to their sport. Includes all traditional barbell and dumbbell exercises. Will teach all athletes how to safely and effectively gain strength to enhance their performance on the field, court, track, or the Sport of Fitness.
Speed for Sport – Program for all athletes to gain speed, acceleration, and agility specific to their sport. Includes instruction on proper max velocity and acceleration mechanics. Utilizes plyometrics, weighted sprints, footwork, and agility drills to improve quickness and explosive speed in their sport.
Olympic Weightlifting – Program for all athletes to gain proficiency in the Clean, Jerk, and Snatch movements. Will teach progressions to safely and effectively gain strength and power.
